Chinese herbal medicine, if prescribed, is an additional cost and is always discussed with you first. Private health rebates are available on the spot via HICAPS if your extras cover includes acupuncture.

Your first appointment begins with a comprehensive case history we take the time to understand your health, your history and what's brought you in followed by around 20 minutes of acupuncture.

Return appointments are more treatment-focused a shorter catch-up on how you've been, then straight into your session. Both appointments are 60 minutes in total.

Standard IVF support appointments use our regular consultation fees: $150 initial, $130 return. Embryo transfer-specific appointments are priced separately: $150 initial and $110 for return transfer appointments. Health fund rebates apply as normal.

It depends entirely on why you're coming. A typical fertility or IVF support course is weekly sessions for 2–3 months if you're preparing in advance of a cycle, for in-cycle IVF support, it may be 2–4 sessions timed around your protocol. For pregnancy nausea or acute pelvic pain, some patients feel significant relief in 2–4 sessions.

Initial Pre/Post Embryo Transfer appointment: $150 (60 min). Return Pre/Post Embryo Transfer: $110 (60 min). If your health fund covers acupuncture you can claim on the day., we have a HICIPS to d it. on the spot.

Not to worry at all. Meg, Kim and Jo founded MRA together and work very closely as a team. We trust each other wholeheartedly with each other’s patients and follow a shared treatment approach for fertility and IVF support.

If your usual practitioner isn’t available, you can feel completely confident seeing another practitioner at the clinic.
