Can I get an appointment today or this week?

We often have same-week availability. Check online first but if nothing shows, call us directly on (03) 9132 0287 and we'll do our best to accommodate you, particularly for urgent embryo transfer or labour preparation appointments.

Do I need a referral?

No, you can book directly. A referral from your GP, fertility specialist or midwife is welcome but never required.

My IVF transfer is coming up, how quickly can I book?

Call us directly on (03) 9132 0287 rather than waiting on the online system. We prioritise embryo transfer appointments and will do our best to fit you in within 24–48 hours of your transfer date.

Which appointment type should I book?

If you're new to the clinic, book an Initial Consultation. If you're coming specifically for an embryo transfer, book the IVF & Embryo Transfer appointment. For birth preparation from 36 weeks, book the Birth Preparation appointment. Not sure? Call us and we'll point you in the right direction.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, there is street parking available on Victoria Parade and surrounding streets. Check the signage when you arrive. We're also easily accessible by tram from the CBD, Fitzroy, Collingwood and Richmond.
