Initial Birth Preparation Acupuncture

An in-depth consultation and treatment focusing on preparing your body for labour,
supporting cervical ripening, relaxation, and optimal positioning of your baby.

Ongoing birth preparation sessions to encourage readiness for labour
and provide calm support in the final weeks of pregnancy.
